Just because Delivery is free doesn’t mean it should take a long time. Afiqsouq.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us on our website.

–   We offer Free Delivery Anywhere in Dhaka, All other cities of Bangladesh will charge delivery charges. (specified on the Product detail page) on selected products ordered through Afiqsouq.com

–   Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

–   Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as your payment will be deposited into our Bank account.

–   Please note that you can pay us at the time of delivery, with or without any delivery charges, Our Delivery time is about 2-4 working days.

–   We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2-4 working days of the order. However, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 5 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining un-shipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the un-shipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner, you have made the payment.

–   We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays & unplanned Strikes.

–   To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

–   While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

Do you have a return policy?

Products that are available on Afiqsouq.com are directly from the vendors. They are the official distributors/manufacturers of the brands and products displayed. They themselves own returns procedures. With us, returns are available only if the products do not match their specifications, or are found defective or faulty during use.

  1. How can I return my purchase and get a refund?
    If you have not opened the package and would like to return your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund.

    Refunds can take the form of:
    – Store Credit– Credits to your Afiqsouq.com wallet with which you can make future purchases. 
  2. How can I return the product I purchased in case of a problem?
    The product warranty will determine the appropriate process, in which cases the product may be either fixed or replaced, as determined by the vendor.
  3. What if I receive a product that is faulty or is not the same as the one I ordered?
    If your order is faulty or is not the same as the product you ordered, you may call us and log a complaint as well as a return request. We will either pick up the product from your premises or request you to ship it back further processing.

    We will then deliver your originally ordered product to your premises at no extra charge.

    Important Points:

    • There will be a 7 days warranty on all products in which customers can report any damage/defect in the product and contact us for replacement.
    • In case, you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, we do not offer money back refunds but you do have an option to exchange it with any other product. We’ll add cash in terms of Store Credit in your Savers Wallet which can be used for purchasing.
    • A 20% restocking fee will be applicable on the new order.
