Net Weight: 100g Expiration Date: 2 years from sale date Preparatory Instructions: Use freshly roasted and ground coffee and drink it fresh and hot. Use fresh clean water. Use the correct grind for your method of brewing. The filter method requires fine ground coffee, while the cafetiere percolator, pot or sufuria method use ground medium coffee. Use one heaped soup spoon of coffee to one normal size coffee cup. For industrial use this translates into 1lb of coffee for every 6.5 ltrs of water. Do not boil the coffee.
